Hybrid Information & Schedule
Students who have chosen "hybrid" will be in the building two days during the week (at this time, this may change when we go back to our full hybrid schedule). Students will either be assigned to Cohort M (for Mondays) or Cohort W (for Wednesdays). All hybrid students will be in the building regardless of to cohort on Fridays. Teachers will be running virtual class sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Hybrid students are welcome to attend, however, this is not required.
PPEC Weekly Schedule for Hybrid Students
Mondays:
Cohort M students will report to the building. Cohort W students should be logging into Edgenuity and ALEKS on this day and completing the work assigned for this day. Students should also be checking their school email frequently on this day. Students who have any questions that arise on this day are welcome to email their teachers and/or leave your teachers a voicemail to assistance. Teachers will be able to get back to you within 24 hours.
Tuesdays:
All hybrid students should be logging into Edgenuity and ALEKS on this day and completing the work assigned for this day. Students should also be checking their school email frequently on this day. Students who have any questions that arise on this day are welcome to email their teachers and/or leave your teachers a voicemail to assistance. Teachers will be able to get back to you within 24 hours. Hybrid students, you are also welcome to join your teacher's zoom sessions on this day. Please refer to the Zoom Schedule listed below for details. For specific Zoom links, please reach out to your teachers.
Wednesdays:

Fridays:
Both Cohort M and W students will report to the building on this day unless you are a hybrid student with only one high school class. Hybrid students with only one high school class, please check with your teacher to see if you are needed in the building on this day.
Zoom Meeting Information and Zoom Links:
Teachers will be sending out Zoom meeting invitations to students using student's D49 Google calendars and D49 email. Students should check their D49 email accounts daily and accept all Zoom Meeting invitations even if they are not able or do not plan to attend the online session. The meeting links generated through these invitations are unique to the meeting and students will be unable to access the session without the proper link. Students, please do not hesitate to reach out to your teachers if you have any questions.
